Beautiful holiday home of about 100 m² with a large fenced garden, for a maximum of 6 people. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house and has its own entrance.
The apartment is bright, modern, and equipped with all comforts.
Front porch with storage space for skis and ski boots
Entrance with wardrobe.
Spacious living room with a separate dining area. TV with satellite reception, a Google Chrome Cast and Netflix, and free Wi-Fi internet.
The separate modern kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, electric stove, extractor hood, convection oven, large refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and Nespresso machine, etc.
4 bedrooms. 1 large bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, and 2 bedrooms each with a single bed. So no one has to sleep in the living room! The beds are made for you upon arrival.
2 bathrooms, both with shower, sink, and toilet.
Our house is located in a wonderfully quiet area with great views and is only a few minutes by car from the gondola and the center of Bad Gastein.
You can easily park for free by the house.
The (ski) bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away, and the bus can be used for free with the Gastein ski pass.
Lovely walk along the water directly from the house, on the Empress Elisabeth promenade. The Gasteiner healing tunnel and the cross-country ski trail are nearby.
A few very nice restaurants within walking distance, a supermarket 1.5 km away.
Due to our central location between the ski areas of Bad Gastein and Sportgastein, all winter sports options are easily accessible.
