Dinner at the Waterfall

Program:

• 6.45 pm Meeting point for aperitif at Good Gastein
• 7.00 pm Welcome
• 7.30 pm Start of dinner
• approx. 9.30 pm End

Booking Conditions

By booking the dinner at the waterfall for one of the dates set by the organizer, the specified number of places for the participant will be reserved.
The price per person is € 125.00.
The booking is only definitively reserved when the total amount has been paid to KTVB Bad Gastein.
The invoice for the dinner at the waterfall will be sent to the participant by email, by post, or handed over in person following the booking.
If KTVB Bad Gastein does not receive payment or confirmation of payment up to 5 days before the dinner at the waterfall, the reserved places will expire.

Bad Weather

In case of bad weather, the dinner at the waterfall will not take place. In this case, the participants will be informed by KTVB at least 1 day before the dinner.

Cancellation

If the dinner at the waterfall cannot take place due to force majeure (bad weather, etc.), the participants will be informed by KTVB at least 1 day before the dinner. In this case, participants will have the option to reschedule their booking to another date (if enough places are available) or will be refunded their money.

Number of Participants

The minimum number of participants per event is 60 people. If this number is not reached, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule up to 4 days before the event starts.
If the registrations exceed the number of available participant places, they will be placed on a waiting list according to the order of their arrival. The participant will be informed about this immediately.

Cancellation Conditions

In the case of cancellations by the participant during the period from 14 days before the dinner at the waterfall and the day of the dinner, the participant is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:

• up to 2 weeks before the dinner at the waterfall: free cancellation
• 13 days to 4 days before the dinner at the waterfall: 50% of the total amount
• from 4 days before the dinner at the waterfall: 100% of the total amount

If a participant books the dinner at the waterfall between 13 days and 2 days before the date, the booking can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours.

A cancellation can only be made in writing to badgastein@gastein.com.
For accounting reasons, the refund may take up to 30 days.</>
