Important Information

TICKET
Please come to the box office (directly at the valley station) to pick up your tickets.
Evening box office: open from 4.30 pm directly at the Schlossalmbahn valley station
You can pick up your ticket at the tourist information centre (Tauernplatz 1, next to the Alpentherme) until 3.30 pm.

Rainy weather
In case of the rainy weather option in the Kursaal, you have a fixed seat with your ticket (no refunds possible). The box office is then located directly in the Kursaal, the times remain the same.

GOOD WEATHER: Schlossalm. Acent with the Schlossalm cable car between 5. pm - 6.30 p.m
RAINY WEATHER: KURSAAL

We would like to point out that the last possible boarding time for the ascent is 6.30 pm. As we are expecting a large crowd, we ask you to be there early.
