The apartment is located in an Art Nouveau villa "Villa Karlstein". 
It is for 2-4 people. (max 6) set up
It's a 2-minute walk to the ski bus, a 4-minute walk to the historic center, and a 10-minute walk to the train station.
The apartment is on the 1st floor at the back of the house.
From there you can see a spectacular mountain panorama and parts of the historic town center.

 The kitchen-living room, which has wood paneling on the window side, was once the private dining room of Bad Gastein Mayor Carl Straubinger. With a height of over 3.5 m, the room still exudes an imperial flair. The kitchenette has a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave and a basic supply of spices. The dining table with 6 chairs, which dates from the late 1920s, is extendable. There is a shared hallway in front of the apartment. Ski clothes can be hung up there and ski boots can be stored there. The house's ski stable is also on the same floor.


The apartment is a family-friendly, non-smoking apartment. Pets and parties are not permitted!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Jugendstilvilla "Villa Karlstein".Das Appartement wurde Ende 2023 komplett renoviert.
Es ist für 2-4 Pers. (max 6) eingerichtet
Zum Skibus sind es 2, ins historische Zentrum 4, zum Bahnhof 10 Gehminuten.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock auf der rückwärtigen Seite des Hauses.
Von dort blicken Sie auf ein spektakuläres Bergpanorama, sowie Teile des historischen Ortszentrums.

 Die an der Fensterseite holzvertäfelte Wohnküche war einst das private Speisezimmer des Bad Gasteiner Bürgermeisters Carl Straubinger. Mit einer Höhe von über 3,5 m versprüht der Raum noch immer imperiales Flair. Die Küchenzeile verfügt über ein Ceranfeld, Backrohr, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, sowie eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen. Der aus den späten 1920er Jahren stammende Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen ist ausziehbar.
Vor dem Appartement befindet sich ein gemeinschaftlich genutzter Gang. Dort können die Skikleidung aufgehängt, sowie Skischuhe abgestellt werden. Im selben Stockwerk befindet sich auch der Skistall des Hauses.

Die Wohnung ist eine familienfreundliche Nichtraucher Wohnung. Haustiere und Partys sind nicht gestattet!
