The holiday apartment "Golfblick" in Bad Gastein is located above Bad Bruck right on the golf course and offers a magnificent view over the Gastein Valley. The cozy 45 sqm 2-room apartment has been recently completely renovated and can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children.
The spacious living room is equipped with a TV, stereo system, a large table, a sofa, and a relaxing armchair and has access to the balcony. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed and another TV. In the living room, there is also a comfortable sofa bed for an additional adult or 2 children. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washer with dryer, and there is a separate toilet.
The infrastructure includes a parking space, internet access, and a (ski) bus stop right outside the front door. Please note that pets are not allowed in the apartment and smoking is only permitted on the balcony.

Description
Die Ferienwohnung "Golfblick" in Bad Gastein liegt oberhalb von Bad Bruck direkt am Golfplatz und bietet einen herrlichen Blick über das Gasteinertal. Die gemütliche 45 qm große 2-Zimmer-Wohnung wurde kürzlich komplett renoviert und bietet Platz für bis zu 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.
Das geräumige Wohnzimmer ist mit einem TV, einer Stereoanlage, einem großen Tisch, einem Sofa und einem Relax-Sessel ausgestattet und bietet Zugang zum Balkon. Im separaten Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein komfortables Doppelbett und ein weiterer Fernseher. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es zudem ein bequemes Schlafsofa für einen weiteren Erwachsenen oder 2 Kinder. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne sowie eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner, und es gibt ein separates WC.
Zur Infrastruktur gehören ein Parkplatz, Internetzugang und eine (Ski-)Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Haustiere in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt sind das Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon gestattet ist und Bettwäsche mitgebracht werden sollte.
