Residenz Boutique Suites

The Hotel Imperial, as the building was formerly called, was built by Angelo Comini at Kaiser-Wilhelm-Promenade No. 1 between 1893 and 1895.
After about two years of renovation work, the Residenz boutique hotel was able to open at Christmas 2021. The six-storey building was completely renovated. The last step was the renovation of the exterior façade and the completion of the bar area.
