Full Moon Dinner

Program:

• 7.15 pm Meeting point in Sportgastein (Alpen Restaurant Valeriehaus) and aperitif
• 7.30 pm Welcome speech
• 8 pm Dinner starts
• Approx. 10 pm The End

Please make sure to wear warm clothes and good shoes!

The toll station Gasteiner Alpenstraße can be passed free of charge upon presentation of a valid ticket for the Full Moon Dinner on the day of the event from 5 pm.

Shuttle

A shuttle can be booked optional for an additional charge of € 10,- at the Tourist Office Bad Gastein.
(Bookings possible until 12 noon on the day before the event).

Outward journey:

• Depart from the Tourist Office Bad Gastein: 7 pm
• Depart from the train station Bad Gastein: 7:05 pm
  The shuttle will wait max. 5 minutes.

Return trip:

• Depart from the parking lot in front of Valeriehaus: 10:15 pm
  The shuttle will wait max. 5 minutes.

Booking conditions

By booking the Full Moon Dinner on one of the dates set by the event-organizer, the given number of seats is reserved for the guest. The price per person is € 138,-.

The booking is only binding when the total amount has been paid to the Tourist Office Bad Gastein.

If the Tourist Office Bad Gastein does not receive an inpayment or confirmation of payment up to 5 days before the event, the reserved seats will expire.

Alternative date

In case of bad weather, the Full Moon Dinner will be held the following day. By booking the event, the guest automatically is booking the alternative date in case of bad weather.

In this case, the guests will be informed by the Tourist Office Bad Gastein at least 1 day before the Dinner.

Cancellation

If the Full Moon Dinner cannot take place on the original date and the alternative date due to force majeure (bad weather etc.), the guests will be informed by the Tourist Office Bad Gastein at least 1 day before Dinner.

In this case the guests will be given the opportunity to postpone their booking to another date (if there are enough seats available) or the money will be refunded.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation by the guest between the 14th day and the day of the Full Moon Dinner, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:

• Until 2 weeks before the Full Moon Dinner: free cancellation
• 13 days to 5 days before the Full Moon Dinner: 50 % of the total amount
• From 5 days before the Full Moon Dinner: 100 % of the total amount
• If the guest will be booking the Full Moon Dinner between 13 days and 2 days before the event, the booking can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours.

A cancellation can only be done in writing to badgastein@gastein.com.
Please note, that a refund can take up to 30 days to process.
