When the palm trees sway gently in the wind in Sportgastein, at the highest ski resort in Ski amadé Latin live music with DJ vibes can be enjoyed. When colorful cocktails stand next to deck chairs in the snow, then it's time again: "Palmen auf den Almen" takes place again! The winter event in the Gastein valley is not only a popular annual fixture for fans of sun skiing in Austria. Pleasure-seekers and sun worshippers also usually have this event in their diaries well in advance. Mountain fans make their turns on the slopes and then enjoy the Caribbean sounds at the Goldbergbahn valley station. The Brazilian dancers on the dance stage are absolutely a highlight in this spring.

Program
The Goldbergbahn takes spring skiers and snowboarders up the mountain from 8.45 am
Latin LIVE music with DJ vibes and Brazilian dancers from 10.30 am
Food and drink will be provided at the Goldbergstube with snow bar (valley station) and at the restaurant Weitblick with lounge (middle station).

Green Event
Palmen auf den Almen is certified as “Green Event” by the Land Salzburg, meaning this event is officially sustainable by fulfilling the following measures.

• Use of natural materials such as bamboo and wood as well as real/living palm trees as decoration, which are reused
• 100% green electricity also for the music system
• Printed materials made from certified ecological paper
• Reusable glasses and cups for drinks and cocktails
• Our catering partners pay attention to regional and sustainable food
• In Sportgastein there are e-charging stations and a ski bus for sustainable travel
