Dorfgastein, the first village in the valley, offers numerous slopes on the Dorfgastein-Großarltal ski circuit. Ski slopes as far as the eye can see.
The ski resorts of Bad Hofgastein and Bad Gastein are connected by the Schlossalm-Angertal-Stubnerkogel ski area. You can also make your turns on the Graukogel in Bad Gastein.
From all the valley stations, you can reach the mountain in just one trip, covering at least 1,000 meters in altitude.

At lunchtime, it's time for a break and you stop off at one of Gastein' s ski huts . But the Gastein ski huts also offer real culinary delights with delicious dishes. After a few more descents, the ski day slowly comes to an end.
