Location of the accommodation
Within walking distance, you can reach the Dorfgastein-Großarltal ski lift (approximately 250 meters away). The cozy apartment house invites you to spend your winter vacation or summer holidays with your family here.
We are only a few minutes away from the center of Dorfgastein, where you will find shopping options as well as idyllic inns and restaurants. Despite being close to the village, our house is situated in a very quiet location.
For relaxation and enjoyment, we recommend the nearby Gastein Alpine Thermal Spa, which you can reach in just a few minutes by car, as well as the Felsentherme in Bad Gastein and the Gastein Healing Gallery.

Our three spacious, newly built vacation apartments, with up to 3 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms, range from 45-85m² in size and offer space for up to 6 people. Cozy and bright seating areas invite you to gather, chat, and play during your vacation with family.
You will find excellent restaurants nearby or treat your loved ones to a homemade meal in our fully equipped kitchen. Let the sun shine on your face with a glass of wine on your balcony adorned with beautiful flowering vines or wind down the evening comfortably on our sun terrace.
In our well-kept garden, a small playground with swings and a play area is available for your children. The extensive fields and lush green meadows invite for playing, climbing, and enjoying beautiful walks.
Winter in Gastein
Experience the magic of the slopes in the winter months on the slopes of Ski Amadé. Wide slopes and the most modern lift facilities characterize the family-friendly ski area Dorfgastein-Großarltal ski swing.
Let yourself be pampered after an exciting winter's day with relaxing massages at the Gastein Thermal Spa or the Felsentherme Gastein. Experience the healing effects of Radon therapy with a visit to the Gastein Healing Gallery.

Numerous hiking trails will lead you through the beautiful Salzburg region and offer breathtaking views of an unforgettable mountain backdrop. Expansive mountain playgrounds with climbing paths and monster scooter rides bring smiles not only to children's faces.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: In case of cancellation of the entire stay up to 7 weeks before the start of the vacation, there are no cancellation fees; within 49 days to 14 days 40%, within 14 days before the start of the vacation, we will charge 80% of the total arrangement price. In case of no-show, late arrival, early departure, or fewer persons, we will charge the agreed daily rate.
If borders are closed, or the place of residence or vacation destination is under quarantine, the vacation can be rebooked or canceled free of charge (official proof required).
