Location of the accommodation
You can reach the Dorfgastein-Großarltal ski lift on foot (approx. 250 meters away). The cozy apartment house invites you to spend your winter vacation or summer holidays here with your family.
We are just a few minutes away from the center of Dorfgastein, where you will find shopping options as well as idyllic inns and restaurants. Despite being close to the village, our house is very quiet.
For relaxation and enjoyment, we recommend the nearby Gastein Alpine Spa, which you can reach in just a few minutes by car, as well as the Felsentherme in Bad Gastein and the Gasteiner Heilstollen.
Description
Our three spacious, nearly new vacation apartments, with up to 3 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms, range from 45-85m² in size and can accommodate up to 6 people. Cozy and bright seating areas invite you to sit together, chat, and play during your family vacation.
You will find excellent restaurants nearby, or treat your loved ones to a home-cooked meal in our fully equipped kitchen. Let the sun shine on your face with a glass of wine on your balcony adorned with beautiful floral vines, or unwind in the evening on our sun terrace.
In our well-maintained garden, your children have access to a small playground with a swing and play area. A larger public playground can be found in the village, and our "Old Road" invites you for lovely walks and adventures.
Winter in Gastein
Experience the magic of the slopes during the winter months on the pistes of Ski Amadé. Wide slopes and state-of-the-art lift facilities characterize the family-friendly ski area of the Ski Link Dorfgastein-Großarltal.
After an exciting winter day, indulge yourself with a thermal visit to the Alpentherme Gastein or the Felsentherme Gastein with relaxing massages. Experience the healing effects of radon therapy during a visit to the Gasteiner Heilstollen.
Summer in Gastein
Splash around with your family on a warm summer day at the Solarbad Gastein, which you have free access to. Numerous hiking trails lead you through the beautiful Salzburg region and provide you with breathtaking views of an unforgettable mountain backdrop. Expansive mountain playgrounds with climbing routes and monster scooter rides over hill and dale bring smiles to children’s faces.

CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellation of the entire stay up to 7 weeks before the start of the vacation, there are no cancellation fees; within 49 to 14 days, there is a 40% fee, and within 14 days before the start of the vacation, we charge 80% of the total arrangement price. In case of no-show, late arrival, early departure, or fewer people, we charge the agreed daily rate.
