In a wonderful location, with a view of the magnificent Gastein mountains and situated directly at the babbling Kirchbach, we are pleased to welcome you.
The house is in an excellent location, nestled in the Gastein mountains and yet very centrally located. You can leave your car here and reach the centre of the village and the Gastein Wellness Alpentherme in just a few minutes on foot. One of the most beautiful hiking trails of the valley starts directly behind the house. The narrow, wildly romantic path leads to the popular Annenkaffee with the Anna Chapel. Those who enjoy walking can go even further up, to the Rastötzenalm (1740m) and perhaps even to the Gamskarkogel (2463m) in a hiking destination that takes several hours.
The architect-designed rooms play with personal flair, such as hand-painted pictures , open-plan kitchen fully equipped and the adjoining large dining table for sociable evenings, even in larger groups. The large, open fireplace in the centre of the room blazes and
The fire blazes and glows in the large, open fireplace in the middle of the room, which conveys a sense of cosiness and lets you end the day quietly, with a flair that has nothing in common with the usual guest rooms. We offer a reserved parking space a few metres from the house, as well as further parking spaces a few metres away from the house. The free city bus a few metres away takes you directly to the ski lift.
We offer a flat with terrace and open fireplace for 8 to 10 people.
As well as a loft with 2 separate bedrooms for 4 people and a balcony with a beautiful panoramic view and its own access . Both flats can also be rented together for a total of 14 people.
