Our hotel is a little loving "personality",
arrive - feel good - come again, is our motto.
The AlpinSpa Post and the Apartment house Post are located in Bad Gastein - in the district of Böckstein.
World's unique healing cave (Gasteiner Heilstollen) and the high alpine Naßfeldtal (very popular for the
traditional mountain huts and different walking tours) are reachable in few minutes by car.
Accommodation location
The family-run Gasthof Zur Post lies in the hamlet of Böckstein in the spa and winter sports resort of Bad Gastein. Thanks to the direct proximity to the radon gallery (5 minutes by car), our house is the ideal place for your spa stay. The interconnected skiing area of Stubnerkogel Angertal Schlossalm as well as the Felsentherme spa are easily reachable from our house by car within 5 minutes. You can also reach the Sportgastein resort that is popular among free riders and promises snow security till the end of April. The stop of the bus that takes you to the centre of Bad Gastein with its beautiful waterfall is within walking distance, only 2 minutes away from our house.

To ensure that you feel like home we offer our 10 bright and large double and family rooms as well as 9 separate apartments with sufficient space to unwind and recreate. The traditional, cosy, yet modern interior creates a feel-good atmosphere when first entering already. Our balconies, as well as our modern and comfortable bathrooms come with a special cosiness factor, not least thanks to floor level shower access. In the morning, you can start your day with an extensive breakfast buffet before enjoying an optional 3-course menu in our Restaurant Zur Post in the evening.
Spa & wellness moments are available in our modern sauna area with infrared cabin, where you will surely find the necessary relaxation. You will be able to discover culinary delights in our Restaurant Zur Post, where seasonal, local products of the highest quality here transform into culinary delicacies.
