The Colloredohaus in Bad Gastein is your retreat amidst the breathtaking nature of the Gastein Valley. Surrounded by other historic buildings and the majestic Alps, our house is the perfect starting point for unforgettable adventures. Enjoy the tranquility and the immediate proximity to hiking and cycling paths just waiting to be explored by you.
The early Classicist house, built in 1782, has been lovingly and monumentally renovated in recent years and equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
Inside the house, there are 2 large holiday apartments where antique furniture is combined with modern living comfort and tiled stoves to create a warm and cozy atmosphere. Free parking is available in close proximity to the house.
The ski storage room is equipped with a boot dryer. You can also benefit from the availability of a washing machine and free WiFi to stay connected with the world.
Hungry? A small Gasteiner welcome snack and the first breakfast are provided. You only need to arrive and relax.

Wir bieten kostenlose Parkplätze in Hausnähe. Für Schneeräumung im Winter ist gesorgt. In der Zeit Ihrer Anreise sind Sie frei, Sie können von 11h bis in die Nachtstunden anreisen, da der Schlüssel für Sie deponiert werden kann.
You are free to arrive after 11am as the key can be left for you. If you arrive by public transport, we will be happy to pick you up from the train station. If you arrive during the day, we will be happy to welcome you personally.

Das frühklassizistische Haus aus dem Jahr 1782 wurde in den letzten Jahren liebevoll und denkmalgerecht renoviert und mit modernster Technik ausgestattet.
Im Haus befinden sich 2 große Ferienappartements wo antike Möbel kombiniert mit modernem Wohnkomfort und Kachelöfen eine warme und gemütliche Atmosphäre verbreiten. Gratis Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses vorhanden.
Der Skiabstellraum ist mit einem Schuhtrockner ausgestattet. Profitieren Sie zudem von der Einsatzmöglichkeit einer Waschmaschine und kostenlosem WiFi, um stets mit der Welt verbunden zu bleiben.
