Cocoa has been revered as a sacred plant by the indigenous peoples of Central and South America for thousands of years.
In the closing ceremony of the yoga autumn, Alina Lutz leads us through a meditation into reflection and thus enables us to connect deeply with ourselves and our feelings.
Together we will enjoy the ritual of deliciously prepared raw cocoa, which is said to have an activating and heart-opening effect.
Fia Sonora invites us to express this space and experience a liberating embodiment of our emotions and thoughts through flowing movements in Free Form Movement, while Yann, a talented musician, accompanies us on a musical journey of relaxation and inner peace with a melodious background.
The raw cocoa in the ceremony is prepared with oat milk and flavoured with spices. It is said to have an energising and mood-lifting effect. In this case, raw means that the cocoa beans are not roasted and therefore retain most of their valuable active ingredients.
A contribution towards expenses of € 10 to € 20 is requested in the form of a donation for the ceremonial cocoa and its preparation - tickets are limited.
Please bring a yoga mat and, if required, a cushion and a blanket!
