Villa Rosa is located at 1130 metres above sea level, at the end of a quiet promenade, surrounded by mountains, with a wonderful view of the surrounding peaks.
The house at Valeriepromenade 6 was built in 1911 and was a private villa, boarding house, boarding school & flat house. Over the course of history it had many different names until it was sold in 2020, lovingly restored with attention to preserving old details and christened Villa Rosa.
What could be saved was restored and the villa was gently kissed awake again. Many old pieces of furniture and pictures were preserved and reused. In the interior design, special emphasis was placed on materials such as wood, brass and high-quality fabrics.
Villa Rosa is our cosy base camp in the mountains. It is a place of peace for family and friends, a retreat - far away from the hustle and bustle of Vienna and Bad Gastein, where we can always refuel our energy tanks in this crazy world. Villa Rosa is my heart's project."

Die Villa Rosa befindet sich auf 1130 Metern Seehöhe, am Ende einer ruhigen Promenade, umgeben von Bergen, mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die umliegenden Gipfel.
Das Haus in der Valeriepromenade 6 wurde 1911 erbaut und war Privatvilla, Pension, Internat & Apartmenthaus. Im Lauf der Geschichte hatte es viele verschiedene Namen, bis es 2020 verkauft, mit Augenmerk auf den Erhalt alter Details liebevoll restauriert und in Villa Rosa getauft wurde.
Es wurde wieder hergestellt was zu retten war und die Villa ganz behutsam wieder wachgeküsst. Viele alte Möbelstücke und Bilder wurden bewahrt und wieder verwendet. Bei der Innengestaltung wurde besonders viel Wert auf Materialien wie Holz, Messing und hochwertige Stoffe gelegt.
Die Villa Rosa ist unser gemütliches Basecamp in den Bergen. Es ist ein Ort der Ruhe für Familie und Freunde, ein Rückzugsort – fernab des Trubels von Wien und Bad Gastein, an dem wir unsere Energietanks in dieser verrückten Welt immer wieder auftanken können. Die Villa Rosa ist mein Herzensprojekt.“
