Breathe the mountains

Yoga spring in Gastein

Inhale deeply, exhale, strengthen your body and open your heart.

For ten days in May, the Gastein Valley becomes Europe's most beautiful yoga hotspot!
A fantastic program with selected yoga teachers is offered in our yoga hotels and at several Gastein power spots. During the Gastein Yoga Days, up to 30 yoga sessions per day take place throughout the valley and you can tailor your yoga vacation to suit your individual taste.

Different yoga sessions for everyone

  • For beginners & advanced

Basically, all yoga units are designed in such a way that they can be individually adapted to the previous experience of the participants, i.e. they are suitable for all levels.

Special classes for beginners, i.e. people with little yoga experience, are marked as such. The same applies to the units for advanced students. These require a continuous, stable and sometimes vigorous yoga practice.

  • English Classes

Some yoga classes are also offered in English and are marked in the schedule.

  • Workshops

Our more extensive and intensive sessions are also identified separately in the schedule.

  • Prices

Single tickets, blocks of 5 or 10 can be booked for the yoga sessions. The blocks of 5 or 10 are only valid for the regular 90-minute sessions.
